60 minutes
We work with a referral from your doctor or other provider. We do not diagnose.
Your therapist reads the referral before you arrive. At check-in they ask what you want from the hour, how much pressure you like and any area to leave alone. Then the session starts, and a short note goes to your doctor's office afterward.
Usually 60 minutes, with a few minutes for check-in
A note goes back to the referring office

The visit
Arrive a few minutes early. The desk checks you in and shows you to your room.
A short conversation on pressure and areas to leave alone.
Covered by a sheet, one area at a time, at the pressure you choose.
A few quiet minutes, then we book your next visit if your referral calls for more.
A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered.
We ask before we start and check as we go. Lighter or firmer, just say.
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time. We stop right away.
